IFR conditions will improve to VFR through the TAF period at all
four terminals. Rain has mostly moved east of the terminals as
of 00Z, although some BR will likely persist over the next
couple of hours creating some minor visibility restrictions. The
bigger impact will continue to be the low ceilings creating IFR
conditions. Ceilings will begin to lift with sky coverage
scattering out around midnight allowing all four terminals to
likely reach VFR conditions by daybreak tomorrow. However, there
is a signal for some patchy fog to develop early tomorrow
morning, particularly around KSTJ, but, confidence in this
impacting the terminals is low at this time, so opted to not
include any visibility restrictions in the TAF.
